N.N.D  A.T.D  BA (London)

Art teacher at Angel road school, Blyth Jex school and Cawston college (retired)

After I retired from teaching I have been painting local landscapes and architectural scenes, mainly in watercolours, which I’ve exhibited in various venues in Norfolk. I recently enjoyed a course on Encaustic Hot Wax painting, and several printing courses, learning new techniques in etching, colograph and mono-printing. I’ve also experimented at home using polystyrene and mixed media. The pictures I’m exhibiting are examples of those recent ventures and some earlier etchings which began at Norwich Art School summer course under Brian Sowerby. Since acquiring a small press, I have returned to etching.
